The "Dorint Hotel Am Neumarkt" is a 4-star hotel conveniently located near Cologne's shopping district, the old town and the river Rhine. It is a leisurely 15 minute stroll through the pedestrian area away from the conference venue.

Rooms for a negotiated conference rate can be booked at 189 EUR for a single room and at 209 EUR for a double room. This special rate is available for stays between June 24 - 27, 2025 and requires a two night minimum stay.

Rates include breakfast. Please make a reservation until April 29, 2025. After this date (and until May 27. 2025) only a limited number of rooms will be available at the above rates. Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the first night booked.

To make a reservation, you need to contact the hotel by e-mail "reservierung.koeln.heumarktdorint.com" and quote "ILAG 2025" to benefit from the negotiated rate. There will be no prepayment, but you will need to provide a credit card to guarantee your booking.

"Motel One Neumarkt" is part of the quickly expanding Motel One design hotel chain that offers reasonably priced accommodation at downtown locations (despite the name, Motel Ones are proper hotels, not motels). Motel One Neumarkt is located just around the corner of Schildergasse, Germany second busiest shopping street with a wide variety of shops, and opposite the Rautenstrauch-Joest "cultures of the world" ethnological museum. The hotel is approx. 500m away from the conference venue.

ILAG delegates can book a guaranteed number of rooms at the Motel One Neumarkt for any night between June 24 and June 28, 2025. Rooms will be available for booking up to eight weeks before the conference. The rooms will be priced at the public rate which will be confirmed by the hotel in fall 2025. To give you an indication, Motel One will be lowest priced of the three conference hotel we have selected. Bookings can be made via a form that will be made available once the rates are confirmed by the hotel. The form needs to be returned to the hotel together with credit card details to guarantee the booking. Payment will be on arrival. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

"Lindner Hotel City Plaza" is located in the heart of Cologne's inner city Friesenviertel neighborhood, an area with little cafes, pubs and shops. Among the three conference hotels, it is the mid-priced option. Lindner Hotel City Plaza is approx. 600m away from the conference venue.
