We have negotiated special conference rates with hotels in walking distance to the venue. Please check out details for each deal below.
If you prefer to stay at a different location, Cologne offers a wide variety of accommodation ranging from B&B-style accommodation to 5*-luxury hotels. Whatever your preference is, make sure that you book well ahead of the conference. When using websites like booking.com, expedia.com or hrs.com, enter "Cologne, Apostelnkloster 13-15" as the search address to find hotels near the conference venue. If you do not plan to stay at one of the conference hotels, please sort out your hotel accommodation as soon as possible as a trade fair was scheduled recently that partly overlaps with the conference and hotels will become pretty expensive.
If you are a member of a loyalty programme with large hotel chains like Hyatt, Marriott, Accor or Hilton, there are various options at locations that are easy to reach from the conference venue: Hilton and Marriott (near the main railway station), Hyatt (opposite the cathedral on the other side of the river Rhein) or Pullman (very near the conference venue). Please note that Radisson (Radisson Inn, Park Plaza) or IHG (Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn) have no hotels that are in a convenient location for the conference and for city life (the hotel formerly know as the Crowne Plaza Cologne around the corner of the conference venue is now operating as a 4*-Steigenberger franchise). Wyndham only offers budget-style brands in Cologne (both near the main railway station).
Please note that hotel prices quoted in Germany include VAT/sales tax. Not included is a city tax of 5 per cent that will be added to your bill at the hotel.
Dorint Hotel Am Heumarkt
The "Dorint Hotel Am Neumarkt" is a 4-star hotel conveniently located near Cologne's shopping district, the old town and the river Rhine. It is a leisurely 15 minute stroll through the pedestrian area away from the conference venue.
Rooms for a negotiated conference rate can be booked at 189 EUR for a single room and at 209 EUR for a double room. This special rate is available for stays between June 24 - 27, 2025 and requires a two night minimum stay.
Rates include breakfast. Please make a reservation until April 29, 2025. After this date (and until May 27. 2025) only a limited number of rooms will be available at the above rates. Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the first night booked.
To make a reservation, you need to contact the hotel by e-mail "reservierung.koeln.heumarkt
dorint.com" and quote "ILAG 2025" to benefit from the negotiated rate. There will be no prepayment, but you will need to provide a credit card to guarantee your booking.
Lindner Hotel Köln City Plaza
"Lindner Hotel City Plaza" is located in the heart of Cologne's inner city Friesenviertel neighborhood, an area with little cafes, pubs and shops. Among the three conference hotels, it is the mid-priced option. Lindner Hotel City Plaza is approx. 600m away from the conference venue.
